Terms & Conditions

General Terms: Under the terms of this consignment contract, the Consignor agrees to deliver goods to be sold by the Consignee, referred to in this document as ICT Consignment. ICT Consignment agrees to place the consignor’s merchandise in the store for sale. ICT Consignment will remit 50% of the selling price. Acceptance of merchandise for sale is at the discretion of ICT Consignment. The contract will remain in effect for all merchandise consigned. Consignor understands that while ICT Consignment agrees to use its best efforts to obtain a sale of the consigned merchandise, there is no guarantee a sale will occur. Consignor confirms that they have legal possession of each item being consigned.


Pricing: ICT Consignment reserves the right to determine the actual selling price of all items We will work with you to arrive at a mutually beneficial sales price, considering factors such as brand, age, condition, market demand, etc. To help with cost, an administrative fee will be added to all items. This is not split with consignors. Items are subject to occasional advertised promotions and sales discounts no more than 10%.

Consignment Terms: The consignment term is 28 days. Merchandise not sold after 7 days will follow a 10% reduction, after 14 days, a 20% reduction, after 21 days, a 30% reduction. There’s a 10% penalty for pulling an item early based on the original sales price.

Payments: Payouts will be made no later than 24 hours after a sale, via Cashapp, Venmo or Paypal. Payouts will NOT be made with cash or check. Any cleaning fees will be automatically deducted from payout.

Record Keeping: It is the responsibility of the consignor to maintain all records and terms of consigned merchandise. ICT Consignment will not be responsible for notifying consignors if their items have sold, outside of sending electronic payouts.

Drop Offs: All items dropped off are subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Items in good condition (free of defects, odor, stains or missing hardware) go directly to the sales floor. Consignors will be responsible for all cost incurred on items that must be cleaned and/or repaired at a rate of $35 per hour. Pick up services are available at a cost of $45 per room of furniture. Sold merchandise will not be assessed a pickup fee.

Expired Items: Consignor agrees to allow ICT Consignment to market items for a period of 28 days. If your items have not sold at the end of this period, you will have 2 days to pick up, or make arrangements for your merchandise to be delivered back to you. Any items not sold will be assessed cleaning and/or pick up fees before being released back to consignor. After 31 days from contract date, any merchandise with outstanding fees or not picked up will become property ICT Consignment.
